April 21, 2020 Beef Stroganoff

Serves 2

1 Tablespoon Flour
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil
1 Sliced Onion
1 Garlic Clove
250 Sliced Mushrooms
300g Sliced Sirloin or Fillet Beef
1 Teaspoon French or Dijon Mustard
1 Beef or Chicken Stock Cube
2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley or 1 Tbsp. Dill
4 Tablespoons Brandy
2 Sliced Gherkins
250ml Double Cream
1 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
Pinch Salt and Pepper for Seasoning
