2 Salmon Fillets
6 Tbspn Olive Oil
250 gram Fresh Spinach
1 Whole Lemon Juice
2 Tbspn Grated Lemon
2 Tspn Capers
4 Tbspn Chopped Parsley
1/2 Onion Finely Chopped
100ml Creme Fraiche
300 grams Cooked New Potatoes
Salt and Pepper to Taste
